I recently stayed at Ballymaloe House for my 25th wedding anniversary and it was absolutely wonderful. The attention to detail is impressive, with on-site production of ingredients like vegetables, fruits, herbs, eggs. The staff were incredibly accommodating and the atmosphere felt relaxed and welcoming. The surroundings are serene and the staff is friendly and efficient. We loved the adult emphasis in the evening dining room and the fact that it was cell phone-free. I can't wait to go back for a longer stay!
I recommend this hotel.

The rooms were large and comfortable, with spacious bathrooms. The staff was friendly and welcoming, providing excellent service throughout my stay. The hotel had a lovely gift shop and cafe, adding to the overall convenience and charm of the place.
The room was a bit worn out and could use some refurbishment. I would have preferred duvets instead of blankets and sheets, as well as more pillows on the bed.
